As the Senior Manager of Commercialization and Sales Enablement at CVS Health, you will play a pivotal role within the Health Care Delivery business unit of the Health Services segment. This position is designed for a high-performing individual who will be part of a dynamic Growth and Commercialization team, focusing on the CVS Accountable Care segment. Your primary responsibility will be to support and enable the Sales and Partner Success teams, who are tasked with driving growth and managing client relationships across our Accountable Care portfolio. This role is essential for facilitating growth and will require collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including sales, strategy, product, marketing, finance, actuarial, clinical, sales operations, and contracting. Your efforts will be directed towards delivering exceptional sales enablement and comprehensive commercialization governance support to meet our growth objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in the healthcare sector, coupled with a strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude that encourages challenging the status quo. You will need to effectively remove barriers, foster connections, and enable the delivery of growth and sales support in a client-centric manner. A passion for strategy, client services, and program/product management is essential, as is the drive to create best-in-class client experiences and effective solutions that address client pain points. Establishing trusted relationships with internal partners and facilitating cross-functional collaborations towards shared goals will be key to your success. In this consultative sales role, you will provide insights on competitive market strategies and capabilities while promoting the value of our enterprise solutions to advance sales strategies and growth objectives. Your ability to guide and influence teams without direct authority will be crucial, as will your strong communication skills and effective presentation capabilities.
