About the position

The Senior Manager of Commercialization and Sales Enablement at CVS Health plays a crucial role in supporting the growth and enablement of the CVS Accountable Care segment. This position is part of a dynamic Growth and Commercialization team and focuses on collaborating with various cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales enablement and commercialization governance. The role requires a strong background in healthcare, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster relationships to enhance client experiences and drive sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal product and marketing teams to create and package high-value content and field tools for Sales Enablement.
  • Streamline and improve efficiency of Sales and Partner Success processes and tools.
  • Provide continuous training, educational content, updates, and issue resolution for the sales and Partner Success teams.
  • Capture sales feedback and client insights, sharing market needs with partners to evolve solutions based on feedback.
  • Serve as the expert for Sales and Partner Success teams on all sales questions regarding products and market intelligence.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for successful launches and evolutions of solutions.
  • Co-lead project management and leadership updates, facilitating key decision-making processes.
  • Partner with internal teams to define success metrics for clients.
  • Identify risks and communicate effectively to stakeholders, following through on resolutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare in client management roles with an emphasis on strategy, growth, sales enablement, business planning or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare domain, trends, and strategies with experience in Providers, Health Plans, PBM, and Pharmacy.
  • Executive presence with the ability to guide and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with effective presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute on action plans.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across highly matrixed teams.
  • Master level proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to create polished content.
  • Highly organized with effective time management and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in the Healthcare industry with focus on Strategy, Sales, Marketing or similar roles.
  • Prior Value-based Care experience, particularly in Accountable Care Organizations (ACO).
  • Prior Healthcare consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of health plan economics or healthcare quality, particularly for Medicare Stars program.
  • Experience in large healthcare corporations.
  • Consulting experience with a demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems.
