About the position

SodexoMAGIC is seeking a Senior Manager of Communications to lead a dynamic team focused on enhancing workplace experiences and developing effective communication strategies. This role is pivotal in managing executive messaging and internal communications while ensuring that the Sodexo story is effectively communicated to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and possess a strong sense of ownership. They will be responsible for implementing community programs and initiatives that enhance workplace experiences for various clients, utilizing tools like Salesforce CRM to execute key strategies. The Senior Manager will lead a team of 11 Community Relations Coordinators, providing training and support to ensure the successful implementation of workplace experience programs. This position also involves managing administrative tasks for the leadership team, coordinating events, and assisting with onboarding processes. The candidate will be expected to promote a culture of innovation, oversee employee engagement activities, and ensure that all marketing and communications materials align with the organization's brand. In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Manager will be tasked with staying current on industry trends, applying analytical thinking to problem-solving, and managing multiple projects with varying deadlines. The role requires excellent organizational skills, superior written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in various software tools, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute community programs and initiatives to enhance workplace experiences for clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to adjust and execute workplace experience strategies for high-valued clients.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of 11 Community Relations Coordinators to implement workplace experience programs.
  • Communicate the Sodexo story to clients and stakeholders through presentations, social media, and onsite meetings.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the leadership team, including coordinating team events and assisting HR with onboarding.
  • Promote a culture of innovation by introducing new ways of working and adapting to change.
  • Oversee employee engagement activities and communications, such as learning sessions and recognition programs.
  • Ensure marketing and communications collateral is consistent with the organization's brand.
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in marketing or communications roles.
  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and graphic design.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that balances high demands with flexibility.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Teams, MS Office, Salesforce CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
