The Senior Manager will lead a team of 11 Community Relations Coordinators, providing training and support to ensure the successful implementation of workplace experience programs. This position also involves managing administrative tasks for the leadership team, coordinating events, and assisting with onboarding processes. The candidate will be expected to promote a culture of innovation, oversee employee engagement activities, and ensure that all marketing and communications materials align with the organization's brand. In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Manager will be tasked with staying current on industry trends, applying analytical thinking to problem-solving, and managing multiple projects with varying deadlines. The role requires excellent organizational skills, superior written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in various software tools, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
