About the position

As a Senior Manager of Compensation at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's compensation strategies and programs. Your expertise will be essential in driving operational excellence across various departments, ensuring that compensation practices align with the company's growth objectives. You will lead global compensation initiatives, analyze market data, and collaborate with multiple teams to create competitive reward packages that attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global compensation programs and projects to scale Anduril's People infrastructure.
  • Work with the People Analytics team to analyze the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs.
  • Maintain Anduril's job architecture as the company expands globally.
  • Oversee annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles.
  • Manage change communications regarding compensation practices across the organization.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking cycles to assess market data and industry trends for competitive compensation packages.
  • Drive the company's compensation philosophy and strategy in alignment with growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to develop competitive offers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation roles with a focus on operational excellence across multiple departments.
  • Experience in building and executing Compensation strategies for hyper-growth technology companies.
  • Strong background in Total Rewards, including Benefits leadership and Executive Compensation.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and Compensation Committees.
  • Deep analytical skills to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial models.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
  • Hands-on leadership with a resourceful and problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in M&A compensation strategies.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and People Operations processes.
  • Passion for educating and mentoring others on compensation strategies.
