About the position

The Senior Manager, Content Design at T-Mobile is responsible for leading the content design team and defining the end-to-end product content strategy. This role involves influencing product design, management, and marketing to create user-centric content that aligns with T-Mobile's product vision. The manager will establish content guidelines, improve workflows, and ensure cohesive narratives across product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of content designers, providing feedback and coaching on career development and content creation.
• Establish a Content Design team within the organization.
• Drive content guidelines and best practices to build connections with users.
• Influence and lead style guides and design language for clear communication.
• Identify and champion efficient content workflows and improve existing ones.
• Organize existing content and create guidelines for future content alignment.
• Use human-centered design methods to craft and test content solutions.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for content quality and effectiveness.
• Create tools, guides, and templates to empower the team.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in content inventories, taxonomies, and strategies.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge in technical software and design/research processes.
• Previous experience in product, technology, or digital functions preferred.
• Experience leading content teams with product or business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Psychology, or equivalent work experience.
