About the position

The content and social media marketing leader at Front will be responsible for enhancing the company's editorial programs and shaping its narrative. The ideal candidate will unify messaging across various channels and develop a thought leadership program to position Front as a leading voice in customer support.

Responsibilities

• Set, monitor, and report on benchmarks to demonstrate the impact of content programs.
