Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with TruGreen's marketing and business goals.
  • Write and produce various types of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
  • Utilize audience insights to create tailored content for different customer segments.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to enhance organic visibility.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, managing content production timelines.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to align content with social media strategies.
  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging throughout all content.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create holistic content campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Identify content gaps and recommend topic ideas based on business insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in content marketing with a strong background in content strategy and creation.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work.
