About the position

The Senior Manager, Content Writer at Circle is responsible for creating and managing content that resonates with a diverse audience, including enterprises, developers, and everyday users of digital currency. This role requires a blend of writing expertise, storytelling, research, project management, and SEO skills, along with a solid understanding of financial technology and blockchain. The position plays a crucial role in shaping Circle's narrative and ensuring that all content aligns with the company's messaging and brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and author various types of content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters.
  • Translate product value propositions into clear and compelling content that drives awareness and action.
  • Research and organize data and information into compelling stories for stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and optimize content briefs for clarity on audience and narrative.
  • Serve as an editor and support the content review process to maintain company narrative consistency.
  • Maintain a content roadmap and editorial calendar to track content initiatives.
  • Originate and lead creative content initiatives across different mediums and channels.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for colleagues throughout the content development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in journalism, SEO, content writing, Web3 marketing, or B2B consumer finance.
  • Expertise in writing with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong understanding of finance, Web3, and digital currencies.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and unstructured environments.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Slack, Apple MacOS, GSuite, Hubspot, and analytics tools.

Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
  • Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
