Circle is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Writer to conceptualize and author content that effectively connects with audiences. This role is pivotal in engaging with a diverse group of industry players, ranging from large enterprises to crypto-native developers, founders, traders, regulators, and everyday users of digital currency. The successful candidate will possess an expert skill set in writing, storytelling, research, project management, and SEO, along with a working knowledge of financial technology, digital currencies, and blockchain. In this position, you will be responsible for authoring various types of content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, and social media copy. It is essential that all content aligns with Circle's product messaging, company narrative, and brand voice. You will translate product value propositions and messaging into clear and compelling content that drives awareness and action. Additionally, you will need to understand and organize data, research, and information provided by stakeholders, structuring it into a compelling story. Your role will also involve researching subject matters related to requests and providing the working team with findings to ensure that deliverables are impactful, relevant, and effective in communication. You will work cross-functionally to develop and optimize content briefs, ensuring that the audience, narrative, and desired outcomes are clear prior to writing. As an editor across the team, you will support the cross-functional content review process, ensuring that the company narrative is consistently reflected in all Circle content. Furthermore, you will maintain a content roadmap and editorial calendar, originating and spearheading creative content initiatives across various mediums and channels to deliver significant impacts on business objectives. You will serve as a primary point of contact, providing guidance, support, and consultation to colleagues at all levels throughout the entire content development lifecycle.
