About the position

The Senior Manager, Content Writer at Circle is responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging content that resonates with a diverse audience, including enterprises, developers, and everyday users of digital currency. This role requires a blend of writing expertise, storytelling, research, project management, and SEO skills, along with a solid understanding of financial technology and blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Author blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, and social copy aligned with Circle's messaging and brand voice.
• Translate product value propositions into clear and compelling content that drives awareness and action.
• Research and organize data and information into compelling narratives.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and optimize content briefs for clarity on audience and desired outcomes.
• Serve as an editor, supporting the content review process and ensuring consistency in company narrative.
• Maintain a content roadmap and editorial calendar.
• Initiate and lead creative content initiatives across various mediums and channels.
• Act as a primary point of contact for guidance and support throughout the content development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in journalism, SEO, content writing, Web3 marketing, or B2B consumer finance.
• Expertise in writing with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong understanding of finance, Web3, and digital currencies.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and clarity in narrative and goals.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Apple MacOS, GSuite, Hubspot, and analytics tools.

• Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
• Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
