The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting at Hollister Incorporated is a pivotal role responsible for leading corporate accounting and global consolidation to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with US GAAP. This position involves overseeing the global monthly statutory close process, which includes providing analytical insights, preparing the Company's consolidated financial statements annually, and offering active support during audits. The Senior Manager will also manage global accounting positions and significant transactions, ensuring the integrity of accounting system data, and will be responsible for the management and performance of US credit operations, payroll, and benefits, while mentoring and developing employees within the team. In this role, the Senior Manager will lead the corporate close process, ensuring accurate global reporting and driving improvements to enhance the efficiency of the close process. This includes preparing and reviewing the monthly globally consolidated statutory close, leading cross-departmental governance meetings, and presenting monthly close recaps to the finance leadership team. The position also requires the preparation of the Company's consolidated financial statements and coordination of the year-end audit, ensuring compliance with both local and US GAAP requirements. Additionally, the Senior Manager will actively manage global accounting positions, assist with acquisition and divestiture accounting, and ensure the implementation of new US GAAP standards. The role requires a strong partnership with the FFG team to standardize processes and maintain data integrity within accounting systems. The Senior Manager will also oversee US credit operations, reviewing customer-level reporting and improving processes to drive collections and team performance. This position is crucial for developing future leaders within the finance organization and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to communicate effectively with corporate leadership.
