About the position

The Senior Manager, Digital Creative Direction at L'Oreal's Consumer Product Division is responsible for managing the execution and delivery of creative assets to support the brands in the e-retail channel. This role requires strong design capabilities and a deep understanding of digital channels to visually bring brands to life. The Senior Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to produce high volumes of digital content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-departments to develop best-in-class digital content that meets creative and strategic criteria.
  • Execute full funnel digital creative content focused on driving eCommerce performance and brand loyalty.
  • Act as a brand steward, liaising with various brand partners and Content Factory Strategy & Production Leads.
  • Maintain brand consistency while elevating aesthetics across multiple brands and categories.
  • Ensure creative excellence and adherence to brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Understand and apply the latest e-retail platforms and digital best practices.
  • Attend brand marketing meetings to communicate digital creative processes effectively.
  • Create a high volume of assets across all channels, adapting designs based on performance insights.
  • Project manage all creative requests from brief through to execution.
  • Manage in-house product shoots and assist with post-production processes.

Requirements

  • College Degree
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in a creative environment, particularly in graphic design and digital asset development for eCommerce strategies.
  • Experience in the beauty or CPG brand industry is a strong plus.
  • Amazon and D2C experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, visual storytelling, and marketing.
  • Experience leading a team with art direction for photo and video production.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge.
  • Ability to influence design talent to develop on-brand assets.
  • Mastery of industry and digital best practices.
