About the position

BIC Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager for its Creative Hub within the Skin Creative division. This role is pivotal in establishing and leading an internal creative hub that focuses on consumer-driven initiatives, particularly in the realm of temporary tattoo brands such as Inkbox, Tattly, and Bodymark. The Senior Manager will be responsible for translating brand strategies into compelling and innovative executions that resonate with consumers. This position requires a blend of design expertise and project management skills, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and align with the company's business objectives. The Creative Hub lead will manage both internal and external agency teams, overseeing multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. This role demands a deep understanding of marketing channels and the ability to create consistent on-brand experiences across various platforms, including digital, retail, and packaging. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing detailed project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a collaborative environment that inspires creativity and innovation. In addition to creative leadership, the Senior Manager will monitor market trends and consumer insights to inform and refine creative strategies. They will maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all creative work is polished and cohesive, and will conduct regular reviews to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the output. Responsibilities

  • Drive development of consumer and insights-driven brand style guides and ensure consistent execution of innovative, effective and industry-leading creative concepts that support our brand's distinct strategies and business objectives.
  • Ensure all creative work is on brand, on strategy, and meets the company's standards for quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Harness deep understanding of marketing channels and how to execute consistent on-brand experiences for consumers across all online and offline channels including digital, retail, packaging, and beyond.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation based on business and brand priorities and key drive periods.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, sales) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Lead and manage internal creative resources, providing clear direction, feedback, and support.
  • Liaise with external agency partners, ensuring their work aligns with our brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal and external teams.
  • Inspire and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Translate brand strategies into actionable creative briefs and guide the creative team in developing impactful executions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform and refine creative strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of creative work, leveraging data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an impeccable eye for detail, ensuring all creative output is polished, cohesive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of creative work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the CPG, Fashion, or Beauty industry or within a Creative Agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful and consumer-driven creative campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Photoshop).
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and market trends.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
