About the position

The Senior Manager, CRM Digital Marketing Operations at AdsWizz, a subsidiary of SiriusXM, is responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing and sales strategies within HubSpot. This role focuses on enhancing email marketing automation, managing digital performance data, and ensuring the integrity of the database. The position requires collaboration with various teams to maximize the use of HubSpot and improve overall marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize the full-funnel email marketing automation strategy, including lead nurture programs, customer onboarding, and regular lifecycle email cadences.
  • Build dashboards and reporting structures for integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation, customer attribution, and the sort.
  • Establish and oversee digital performance data; optimize and recommend actions to improve KPIs as needed.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity and accuracy of our database properties, contacts, companies, and audience-segmented lists.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline sales processes and marketing operations.
  • Work closely with biz teams to ensure HubSpot is properly utilized, integrated, and maintained; develop and maintain onboarding and ongoing training documentation.
  • Set up lead scoring, sales sequences; oversee the deal pipeline.
  • Website management and maintenance; format web pages, landing pages, and blog posts.
  • Manage HubSpot integrations to product APIs, third-party apps, and Google Ads and Analytics.
  • Manage external relationships with web developers, contractors, and vendors.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in marketing operations or as a HubSpot CRM administrator, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Expert proficiency in HubSpot is required; Certifications are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics; kudos if you have WordPress chops too.
  • Experience managing multiple brands, cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with an eye for details and design.
  • Must be an effective communicator, written and verbal.
  • Must be adaptable and flexible, able to pivot with ease and a smile.
  • Must love music or podcasts.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in Media, AdTech or knowledge of either is nice, but not required.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $100,000 to $134,800 depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Eligibility for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
