As a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Operations at AdsWizz, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing and sales strategies within HubSpot. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing operations, particularly in the context of B2B environments, and the ability to leverage HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Content Hub to drive results. You will be responsible for building and optimizing a comprehensive email marketing automation strategy that encompasses lead nurture programs, customer onboarding, and lifecycle email cadences. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing dashboards and reporting structures that provide insights into integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer attribution. In addition to your strategic responsibilities, you will oversee the integrity and accuracy of our database properties, ensuring that contacts, companies, and audience-segmented lists are well-maintained. You will develop and maintain automated workflows that streamline sales processes and enhance marketing operations. Collaboration with business teams will be essential to ensure that HubSpot is effectively utilized and integrated, and you will be responsible for creating and maintaining onboarding and training documentation for ongoing use.
