About the position

The Senior Manager, CRM Product at Twilio will lead the Sales Automation team in developing tools and solutions for the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role involves defining a strategic roadmap for Twilio's Salesforce CRM, collaborating with global stakeholders, and driving system and process improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Strategy organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to inclusivity while managing a team of product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain product strategy based on stakeholder needs and corporate goals.
  • Develop and deliver a rolling roadmap of GTM initiatives and features.
  • Lead a team of product managers to align individual roadmaps with strategic goals.
  • Drive objective decision-making while maintaining healthy relationships with stakeholders.
  • Promote product features and keep stakeholders informed about improvements.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of platforms and tools to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of initiatives and maintain a focus on user experience.
  • Own key success metrics for sales automation and build a roadmap for improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product or Program Management role within a technology company.
  • Experience as a people manager.
  • Ability to define an exciting product vision for users and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a product roadmap to enhance GTM processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical teams.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders with varying technical acumen.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end sales operations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience working with a global GTM team in sales, marketing, or operations.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party tool vendors on feature implementation.
  • Experience working with technical teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Certified Product Manager.
