About the position

The Senior Manager, Customer Engagement (Luxury & Lifestyle) at Hilton is responsible for implementing the sales growth strategy for small and medium-sized groups within the hospitality sector. This role involves developing market intelligence, sourcing high-quality sales leads, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts. The position focuses on enhancing customer relationships and ensuring effective service delivery in the Luxury and Lifestyle environment, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Customer Engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement new business lead prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop follow-up strategies, negotiate, and contract for the assigned region.
  • Follow established sales objectives to meet quarterly sales goals.
  • Implement the strategic direction for Customer Engagement and evaluate efforts for organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy to garner new business.
  • Ensure accurate handover to the onboarding team after contract signing and assist with additional needs.
  • Develop a customer promise strategy that defines HSM's customer engagement model.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of Sales experience in a C-Suite customer-facing role.
  • Three (3) years experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management or Vendor Management.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Nice-to-haves

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree.
  • Five (5) years of hospitality industry experience, with a mix of experience from multiple hospitality roles.
  • Experience working with hotels in the Luxury or Lifestyle categories.
  • Knowledge of hospitality supply chain management.
  • Salesforce.com experience.
