About the position

The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing and Advocacy at Skyhigh Security is responsible for launching and managing a global Customer Advocacy Program, establishing a Customer Advisory Board, integrating customer narratives into marketing efforts, managing the customer case study lifecycle, implementing customer brand compliance processes, and supporting customer retention efforts. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company's brand and market position through effective customer engagement and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage a global Customer Advocacy Program, identifying advocates and maintaining a reference tracking system.
• Establish and manage a Customer Advisory Board composed of key customers for insights into product development and marketing strategy.
• Incorporate customer stories, testimonials, and visuals into various marketing efforts for cohesive brand representation.
• Oversee the creation, management, and performance tracking of customer case studies and stories across different use cases and products.
• Establish processes for the approval and documentation of client logos, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to monitor health scores and develop personalized marketing initiatives for at-risk customers.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and developing impactful customer stories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a creative and tenacious approach to managing multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset to derive insights from advocacy activities and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in cybersecurity or related technology marketing.
