About the position

The Senior Manager, Customer Success at Ogury will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's footprint on the West Coast. This position involves managing a team of Customer Success Managers while also handling personal client accounts. The role requires strategic collaboration with internal teams to ensure optimal campaign results and exceptional client service. The Senior Manager will oversee the entire campaign life cycle and contribute to the professional development of their team, all while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers and coach them across the full sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Manage the full life cycle of a campaign from setup to post-campaign presentations.
  • Own the agency patch, serving as the first point of contact for all campaigns.
  • Be a knowledge expert in Ogury and the digital advertising industry.
  • Strategically counsel clients and provide effective campaign recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales to increase retention.
  • Drive incremental revenue through high-quality service.
  • Represent Ogury at industry events to strengthen relationships and establish thought leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver strong customer experience and results.
  • Identify risks in campaign briefs and ensure successful resolutions.
  • Leverage Ogury's insights to provide clients with industry-leading insights.

Requirements

  • Client-facing experience in the digital advertising industry, particularly in mobile and programmatic.
  • Prior experience in people management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding and interest in analytics and data.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovation skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Innate organizational ability and motivation to achieve growth.
