ICF is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development with proven strategic and management expertise to support a cybersecurity product development team. This role is crucial as our team is dedicated to securing and protecting the Nation's critical infrastructure resilience. The Senior Manager will oversee a team of cybersecurity technical writers and analysts, ensuring effective support for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) cybersecurity product development. This position requires a hybrid work model, necessitating some onsite participation in Arlington, VA. In this role, the Senior Manager will lead team efforts to develop products and coordinate their release with both external and internal stakeholders at DHS. The manager will report to contract leadership regarding team performance, client communications, and requirements, which includes weekly and monthly status reporting. Strategic recommendations will be provided to customers to enhance overall team performance and support operational objectives. The manager will also be responsible for overseeing training and professional development to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively. As the primary strategy and support for the team, the Senior Manager will help manage expectations and deliverables for federal clients. This includes managing project schedules and communicating progress through weekly meetings, reports, and presentations. The role also involves orchestrating activities to lead the team towards achieving project objectives, resolving issues and challenges, and reporting to leadership to improve the quality of operational support and deliverables. Clear communications and guidance will be developed to ensure team members can perform their day-to-day responsibilities effectively. Additionally, the manager will assist in sourcing personnel and providing feedback on potential candidates for client support.
