As a Senior Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team, you will focus on leveraging your deep data expertise to support internal analytic initiatives and projects. These initiatives are designed to drive improvements and efficiencies for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and approaches. In this role, you will partner with various stakeholders to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues, providing insights that enable Workplace Investments to make data-driven decisions necessary to meet their strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include serving as the Senior Manager for analytics and insights work on various improvement initiatives that span across our Workplace (WI) business units. You will play a pivotal role in our transformation towards a platform-enabled and capability-led Digital Future, ultimately benefiting our clients and participants. This position requires you to drive leading-class analytics, experimentation, and insight generation by harnessing our underlying platforms that collect and deliver millions of interactions and transactions across multiple channels, including web, mobile, and phone. The role demands a passion for leveraging data to enhance business decision-making through statistical and econometric modeling, as well as technological techniques. You will need to possess a deep understanding of analytical techniques and their application to address specific problem characteristics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, particularly in strategy development, business analysis, risk assessment, and opportunity identification. You will also be expected to communicate data effectively through visualization and storytelling, ensuring that partner stakeholders can make informed, objective decisions based on the insights you provide.
