About the position

The Senior Manager, Demand Enablement and Orchestration at Zebra Technologies is responsible for empowering the coordination of Marketing and Sales teams by providing the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to enhance productivity and effectiveness in managing early funnel buyer intent and leads. This collaborative role involves working with various internal partners to operationalize demand activities and monitor performance, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales operations. The position also includes developing reporting processes and dashboards to track the success of demand initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership to sales and marketing to ensure alignment and collaboration on revenue-related initiatives.
  • Create tools and processes that accelerate leads to closed revenue.
  • Manage and optimize processes, including system/tool integration where relevant, that drive alignment between sales and marketing.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales teams on data, tools, and marketing resources to help accelerate deals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of demand spectrum programs and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and data vendors to recommend enhancements to our data strategies aligned to acceleration of business activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience to include sales and/or marketing stakeholder management.
  • Business consultation experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
