About the position

The Senior Manager, Digital Capability Management, SAP External Manufacturing and Planning at Bristol Myers Squibb is responsible for driving solutions that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Supply Chain operations. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver and support SAP S4 systems functionalities related to External Manufacturing and Planning, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, support and manage digital solutions in SAP S4 for Supply Chain and External Manufacturing Business requirements.
  • Provide and develop solutions using the SAP S4 application and related tools.
  • Produce deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support global Supply Chain requirements.
  • Accountable for timely and budget-compliant project delivery, adhering to high-quality development principles.
  • Build effective relationships with peers, IT Business partners, and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of new applications and technologies.
  • Manage stakeholder communications for projects.
  • Develop self and others through training and project work assignments.
  • Drive continuous improvement for operations and process design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5+ years of experience implementing projects in SAP S/4HANA with full cycle SAP implementations.
  • Expert level working knowledge of SAP S4 Subcontracting/External Manufacturing and SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration functionalities.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba SCC Quality Management, Inventory Visibility, and Forecast Collaboration.
  • Operational knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and Kinaxis Rapid Response preferred.
  • Experience in full life cycle implementation and support of SAP ERP.
  • Experience managing projects or components of large projects with cross-team engagements.
  • Knowledge of SAP BPT, no code low code, Product Aligned Delivery Model concepts.
  • Experience working in a matrix and virtual organization.
  • Effective oral and written presentation skills.
