About the position

The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at Gap Inc. will oversee the marketing and customer experience initiatives across Amazon North America. This role focuses on full-funnel marketing strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining customers, enhancing brand presence, and driving sales through innovative campaigns and effective budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver bar-raising marketing campaigns to support new launches, seasonal collections, and marquee sales events on Amazon NA.
  • Lead innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns to drive new product launches, seasonal collections, and marquee sales events on Amazon NA.
  • Manage full-funnel marketing initiatives through a 3rd party agency, focusing on brand awareness, customer engagement, sales growth, acquisition, and retention.
  • Identify and implement A+ content opportunities, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to elevate the customer experience.
  • Oversee a substantial marketing budget, optimizing for efficient ROAS, scalable growth, and profitability.
  • Analyze performance data and trends, delivering insights to drive future marketing optimizations and strategic growth plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional experts to foster brand collaboration and identify new growth opportunities for Gap Inc. brands on Amazon.
  • Develop and execute robust Amazon account strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create and implement promotional campaigns and digital media plans.
  • Manage the promotional calendar and search strategies to acquire new customers and improve retention.
  • Monitor and assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-funnel online marketing, including brand campaigns and sales-driving PPC and PLA ads.
  • Ability to establish processes for efficient delivery of significant sales volumes.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain strategies and insights to senior stakeholders and peers.
  • Experience in fashion/apparel marketing globally and in North America.
  • Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns on Amazon NA.
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors and leading a team.
