About the position

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Automation role focuses on designing and implementing innovative marketing solutions using cloud technologies, specifically within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position requires collaboration with business partners to understand their digital marketing needs and translate them into effective solutions. As part of an Agile Marketing Automation team, the individual will be responsible for building journeys, emails, and automations, contributing to the overall customer strategy and experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with client servicing business partners to understand their digital marketing needs.
• Build solutions in SFMC Cloud Pages, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
• Utilize AMPScript, SSJS, and other technologies to create effective marketing journeys and automations.
• Consult with internal business partners to enhance digital experiences that drive action.
• Coach and mentor junior developers and conduct peer reviews.
• Drive improvements in processes and business outcomes through creative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using Marketing Automation systems, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and its core objects.
• Proficiency in web development technologies including Responsive HTML/CSS, REST/JSON API clients, JavaScript, and SSJS.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Strong understanding of digital customer experience best practices, UXD, and web design.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with leaders to achieve business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of technology, user interface, data flows, and back-end systems.
