About the position

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing at Drunk Elephant is responsible for leading the overall site strategy and operations, ensuring the maintenance and management of digital assets globally. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive marketing initiatives, manage product launches, and optimize the digital presence of the brand while maintaining alignment with its ideals and philosophy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall site strategy and operations, including asset management for all products and content management globally.
  • Monitor and update content and pages to ensure they remain current.
  • Collaborate with regions to create, plan, and manage sampling initiatives.
  • Lead all product launches on the site, managing content associated with product pages and updating sampling initiatives.
  • Analyze site data to identify opportunities and partner with ecommerce and tech teams to implement new features.
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to drive company-wide marketing initiatives in a digital environment.
  • Create a digital 360 marketing plan for product launches, reviewing site assets and ensuring cross-department communication.
  • Oversee email program processes and marketing campaigns, managing creative briefs and timelines.
  • Maintain an updated marketing calendar and distribute it to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all new products and promotions are properly set up and tested on the site prior to launch.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop informative site content and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with search agencies to create on-brand copy for Adword campaigns.
  • Partner with regional digital teams for SEO needs and communicate best practices year-round.
  • Ensure third-party vendors are updated on upcoming launches and programs.
  • Align with International GM to coordinate market and flagship expansion.
  • Manage SKU offerings and variations across markets, ensuring all assets are correct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Business experience with web commerce platforms, specifically Salesforce Commerce Cloud, is a plus.
  • Superior project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in digital marketing within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing analytics.
