About the position

As the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at Drunk Elephant, you will lead the overall site strategy and operations, ensuring the maintenance and asset management for all products and content management on a global scale. Your role will involve continually monitoring and updating content and pages to keep them current, including key areas such as the homepage, philosophy, FAQs, and press sections. You will work closely with regional teams to create, plan, and manage sampling initiatives, which include both general samples and deluxe sample promotional programs. Additionally, you will spearhead all product launches on the site, which entails building out product pages, managing all associated content (copy, images, video), updating sampling initiatives, and coordinating with creative and development teams to launch related site assets and landing pages. In the realm of digital marketing, you will partner with marketing and creative teams to drive company-wide marketing initiatives, optimizing them within a digital environment while remaining true to the brand's ideals and philosophy. You will align with marketing to create a comprehensive digital 360 marketing plan for product launches throughout the year, which includes reviewing site assets, channel touchpoints, cross-department communication, and website execution for both domestic and international sites. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the email program process and all marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Executive Director, managing the submission of creative briefs, ideating messaging concepts, creating timelines, and deploying final assets. You will maintain an updated marketing calendar that includes all current programs and offers, distributing this information to key stakeholders and teams such as Digital, Marketing, Creative, Customer Service, and Operations. Ensuring that all new products, site promotions, content assets, and pages are properly set up, scheduled, and tested on the site prior to launch is crucial to guarantee compatibility and a high user experience across various browsers on both desktop and mobile platforms. You will work cross-functionally with education, global marketing, sales, and regional teams to develop informative site content for customer research, ensuring that all content aligns with brand and product messaging both in-store and on retailer sites. Your role will also involve collaborating with a search agency to create on-brand copy for Adword campaigns, including specific campaign initiatives, seasonal offerings, and product launches. You will partner closely with regional digital teams to address ad hoc and ongoing SEO needs, scaling and communicating SEO best practices and initiatives to all regional digital teams throughout the year and during key events and activations for the brand. Additionally, you will ensure that all third-party vendors and partners are informed about upcoming launches, programs, and communications. On the international front, you will align with the International GM to coordinate market expansion and flagship expansion, working with marketing and international teams to create launch strategies for new product launches, core SKU rollouts, and new site launches. Managing SKU offerings and variations across markets will be essential, ensuring that all assets and content are accurate for the applicable region. Overall, you will execute and lead site operations and maintenance, including asset management for all products, monitoring and updating content and pages to keep them fresh, and building out all new-launch product pages and associated assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Business experience with web commerce platforms and technologies, specifically Salesforce Commerce Cloud, is a plus.
  • Superior project management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
