About the position

The position at Henkel involves leading media investment strategies and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence across various platforms. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth in the consumer brands sector.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead media investment choices in national media, retailer media, promotion, and commercial activations.
  • Set budget for all paid and eCommerce marketing initiatives on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Develop and implement the digital marketing plan for building the brand across all touchpoints.
  • Lead agencies and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing strategies covering paid search, display, programmatic, and social media advertising.
  • Analyze the current media ecosystem and make recommendations for future scaling of business.
  • Develop a data-driven decision approach with appropriate KPIs to analyze and measure activities.
  • Collaborate with the head of Brand to develop and manage an overall calendar for multi-strategy events.
  • Work closely with the head of Social to ensure cohesive strategy in digital expression.
  • Manage creative for paid media campaigns and analyze results to drive acquisition, retention, and sales growth.
  • Oversee strategic content development for digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed a degree in a business and/or marketing-related emphasis (MBA or graduate degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years' experience managing digital marketing/e-commerce/e-tail/social media businesses.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation experience.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret and understand budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of websites/eCommerce platforms/UX and UI.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a creative thinker.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Knowledge of digital content creation and management.
