About the position

The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at AZDS Interactive Group is responsible for leading and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns for luxury hospitality clients. This role involves managing a team, overseeing digital marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in digital marketing and exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for clients.
  • Manage and optimize performance-driven campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Build and implement Paid Media campaigns (Google, Metasearch, Social, Programmatic etc.), ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
  • Project manage digital marketing initiatives from definition through completion.
  • Write and edit compelling promotional and descriptive content and marketing copy.
  • Supervise, as well as execute, content updates in website Content Management Systems (CMS) on our Clients' websites.
  • Supervise, as well as build and deploy emails from several different Email Service Providers.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to align digital marketing efforts with their brand and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, inspiring and supporting the marketing team.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging their professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of proven success in crafting and executing comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Extensive experience in implementing data-driven decision-making processes for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing complex marketing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organic growth and increase brand visibility through SEO and content marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to create and edit strong, compelling content across various channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising and community management strategies.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and analytics.
  • Strong background in executing, managing and optimizing performance marketing budgets effectively.
  • Experience in conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Expertise in leveraging marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics platforms to track user behavior and website performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
