The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance the customer experience throughout their journey with our brand. You will focus on understanding customer behavior, improving engagement, and driving conversions through personalized and data-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, SEM/SEO, and CRM software, as well as the ability to analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to tailor marketing strategies effectively. In this position, you will build integrated marketing plans that authentically connect with clients and achieve or exceed revenue goals. You will partner with key marketing cross-functional expertise partners to create communication plans that build authenticity and credibility for OPTAVIA. Additionally, you will oversee and drive internal and external business partners in executing customer strategy, ensuring consistency of marketing messaging across channels and audiences. Leadership and mentoring are also key components of this role, as you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists and coordinators, overseeing their recruitment, training, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated marketing plans that authentically connect with clients and achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop full funnel plans, partnering with key marketing cross-functional expertise partners to create communication plans that build authenticity & credibility for OPTAVIA.
  • Build testing frameworks to minimize friction in the customer journey, positively impacting KPIs.
  • Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to tailor marketing strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track customer interactions and campaign performance across digital channels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee and drive internal and external business partners in executing customer strategy, ensuring consistency of marketing messaging across channels and audiences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive positioning and optimal client journeys, including Paid Media, CRM, Web, Creative, Field Marketing, and Strategy.
  • Implement standard marketing best practices; identify areas to streamline processes; lead and/or participate in cross functional 'ways of working' sessions to increase cross functional engagement and strengthen operating model to be nimble, more effective/efficient.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage marketing specialist and coordinator.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • 3+ years team leadership experience
  • In depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, paid digital media, social media, SEM/SEO, Google analytics and CRM software, Digital Product
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, including the ability to write in a compelling and authoritative style.
  • Strong formal and informal leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage conflict and problem solve in a highly-collaborative environment.
