About the position

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing at Aras is responsible for leading B2B email marketing initiatives and supporting Google paid search efforts. This role requires strategic thinking to develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aimed at engaging and converting B2B audiences. The position involves collaboration with various teams to optimize campaigns and utilize analytics for performance improvement, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive B2B email marketing strategies using Marketo.
  • Design, implement, and optimize email campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Regional Revenue Marketing Leads to strategize and segment email audiences effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, including content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and report on email marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of Google paid search campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our agency on keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to ensure landing pages align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze results to continuously improve landing page performance.
  • Drive strategic plans and execution of email campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of email marketing and paid search campaigns.
  • Develop and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B email marketing.
  • Marketo Expert.
  • Deep experience in lead scoring based on audience behaviors.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and improving email performance over time.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy surrounding email compliance including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA.
  • Knowledge of standard email marketing methodologies for deliverability, subscriber list health, email creative execution, customer segmentation, dynamic and conditional content build-out, and personalization.
  • Proven track record of managing successful Google paid search campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
