About the position

The Senior Manager Digital Marketing at HCA Healthcare is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate demand. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and oversight of third-party agencies to achieve lead generation and retention goals, while also reporting on performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on business objectives.
  • Manage B2B websites, email marketing campaigns, display advertising, SEM/SEO, and social media.
  • Lead the development and updates of all websites, ensuring content and engagement reporting is effective.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms to develop lead flow and support various marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure branding consistency across digital platforms.
  • Conduct A-B testing and analyze results to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Establish and track KPIs, SEO results, and ROI targets for digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a B2B digital marketing role.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems and website management.
  • Proficient in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and content strategies supported by SEO/SEM.
  • Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Pardot, or Salesforce.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors for campaign launches.
  • Track record of managing paid search, paid social, and display advertising programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Advanced Digital Media Marketing, Google Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Certification in Google Analytics.
