About the position

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing at Progyny will play a crucial role in supporting the digital marketing team by leading campaign execution and managing ongoing digital strategies. This position involves collaborating with various teams to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns that align with broader marketing goals, ensuring effective communication and project management throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the digital team to create cross-functional plans spanning digital mediums including paid media and email marketing.
  • Support VP, Digital Marketing in standardizing the creation and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, including campaign naming, data pulling, QA, and more.
  • Support digital-first content creation necessary to launch and/or optimize campaigns as needed.
  • Lead paid media execution in accordance with media plans and optimize campaigns as needed.
  • Support regular reporting cadences and data needs for the team, especially as it relates to paid media data, email marketing data and high-level website data.
  • Create list management strategy and own distribution of regular and ad hoc email marketing emails to various audiences.
  • Facilitate the management of webinars on Progyny's owned webinar platform.
  • Create, own and follow a QA process across all published digital marketing projects, including paid media and email marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, healthcare benefits experience preferred.
  • Experience with all aspects of campaign creation - from strategy ideation to execution to reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including paid media platforms, social media channels, email marketing platforms and social listening platforms. Experience with Salesforce and Pardot are a plus.
  • Proven track-record of digital optimizations across the lifecycle of a campaign.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to read data and allow it to drive decision-making.
  • Effective communications skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to drive creative and technical aspects while maintaining project momentum.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across an internal team and multiple stakeholder teams.
