About the position

The Senior Manager, Media will be responsible for leading all US digital and social heavy paid media execution in partnership with our agency team and global brand teams. This role will also support on all PR/Influencer event execution while partnering closely with the PR & Influencer managers. The manager will develop strong relationships with key beauty media, industry leaders and agencies while partnering internally and externally to drive digital and social media to enhance our brand positioning and build brand awareness/credibility in the US market for our brands. In terms of digital marketing strategy, the Senior Manager will design go-to-market strategies for Puig brands in collaboration with internal teams and agencies, leveraging consumer data and insights. This includes a Tribes-based approach and cohesive planning across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels. The manager will work closely with Brand Management teams and Global to ensure brand equity and storytelling is consistent, while developing plans that cater to local needs. The role also involves delivering best-in-class strategies for the USA market, overseeing campaign execution, reporting, and analytics, as well as identifying marketplace trends and insights to help define and drive forward brand positioning. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing omni-channel media plans and leading execution to engage consumers, drive sales, and achieve objectives for market share, net revenues, and profitability. This includes understanding all media channels from traditional to digital and social/emerging channels. The manager will work hand in hand with the media agency on objectives and KPIs, ensuring effective implementation in line with brand expectations based on global guidelines and requirements. Additionally, the role involves supporting direct reports with campaign creative planning and trafficking, as well as carrying out post-campaign analysis to measure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Lead all US digital and social heavy paid media execution in partnership with agency and global brand teams.
  • Support PR/Influencer event execution while collaborating with PR & Influencer managers.
  • Develop strong relationships with key beauty media, industry leaders, and agencies.
  • Design go-to-market strategies leveraging consumer data and insights.
  • Collaborate with Brand Management teams and Global to ensure consistent brand equity and storytelling.
  • Deliver best-in-class strategies for the USA market, including campaign execution, reporting, and analytics.
  • Identify marketplace trends and insights to drive brand positioning.
  • Manage day-to-day budget executions with approval and alignment with Director and leadership.
  • Develop omni-channel media plans to engage consumers and drive sales.
  • Work with the media agency on objectives and KPIs to improve digital media efficiency.
  • Support direct reports with campaign creative planning and trafficking.
  • Carry out post-campaign analysis to measure and report performance against goals.
  • Lead content strategies and manage local content needs for digital strategy execution.
  • Oversee PR/Influencer brand events and experiences from project management to execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5-6 Years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Digital Media Agency experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record for executing 360 plans across Paid, Owned and Earned channels
  • Strong understanding of media data/research sources
  • Track record of building brand awareness with an eye for message, content, and stories
  • Significant experience in executing digital communication strategies and tracking ROI analysis
  • Understanding of the Digital Media landscape, KPIs and leading digital partners
  • Strong verbal skills and innovative thinking
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
