About the position

The Senior Manager, Digital Ordering, Creative Operations at Starbucks is responsible for leading the Digital Ordering team to ensure successful product launches and seamless menu experiences across various digital platforms. This role requires building strong relationships across Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to drive continuous improvement and strategic development for the Starbucks menu domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Ordering team through successful seasonal product launches and frictionless menu experiences in mobile app, Starbucks.com, Uber Eats, and DoorDash channels.
  • Build durable relationships across Marketing, Product, and Technology organizations to forge innovative paths toward continuous improvement for Digital Ordering platforms.
  • Partner with Marketing and Technology teams to develop long-term strategic roadmaps for the Starbucks menu domain to impact business OKRs.
  • Support the Digital Ordering team in practicing Agile and Product Owner methods that drive continuous incremental value and efficiency.
  • Develop content or campaigns in Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management systems to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Support the growth and development of a high-performing team of program and deployment managers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience as a product owner or program manager
  • 6+ years experience working across technology and marketing organizations
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • 4+ years of management and team development experience
  • Agile Product Owner or HCD Certifications are a plus
