About the position

As a Senior Manager in Digital Product Management at American Express, you will play a pivotal role in the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Small Business Services (SBS) & Business Blueprint (BBP) Business Operations team. This position is integral to the development and execution of the risk and control framework, ensuring that our operations are not only efficient but also secure and compliant with industry standards. You will be responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing the Monitoring & Testing roadmap, which is essential for maintaining the integrity of our business processes. Your role will require a deep understanding of critical business processes, allowing you to conduct thorough product and process risk and control assessments. You will enhance and strengthen the internal control environment, facilitating audits, reviews, and examinations, and driving action plans to closure.
