As a Senior Manager in Digital Product Operations at American Express, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic program management support for critical initiatives across the Enterprise Data Sharing Solutions (EDSS) ecosystem. This position requires collaboration with internal product teams and cross-business stakeholders, including Technology, Compliance, Privacy, and Operational Excellence, to deliver key regulatory and growth-related initiatives. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and partnering with various lines of business and product teams to create new products, capabilities, and experiences. Your efforts will focus on the coordinated delivery of end-to-end solutions and process enhancements, executing critical near-term goals while designing a new way of working. In this role, you will partner with teams to design and maintain robust portfolio-level roadmaps, ensuring timely product delivery through proper sequencing and coordination. You will provide capacity and utilization reporting, along with executive-level communications and presentations that summarize complex ideas and recommendations. Monitoring and evaluating program performance through regular reporting will be essential, as will managing day-to-day scale-up activities and proactively identifying risks. You will also collaborate closely with EDDS Product teams to accelerate unified planning and roadmap creation, preparing executive-level materials and communications for various audiences. Your ability to influence others, often without direct authority, will be crucial as you support change management and project management activities on strategic regulatory initiatives. This role demands a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project/program management, particularly in high-priority, large-scale strategic initiatives within the digital space.
