Launched in 2023, the Integrated Services initiative aims to create innovative customer experiences that allow for unprecedented customization of vehicles through over-the-air (OTA) updates. This position is not just about managing projects; it's about leading a transformation in how Ford interacts with its customers and how its vehicles function in a connected world. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining metrics and KPIs that provide transparency and accountability across the organization, driving excellence in project delivery. As the PMO evolves, there may be opportunities for you to transition from an individual contributor role to a people leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
