About the position

As the Sr. Manager, Digital Product at CVS Health, you will oversee critical projects within Aetna Digital, bridging the Technology and Product teams to create exceptional digital experiences for members. This role requires a self-motivated professional with strong project management skills, a digital-first mindset, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects while leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end projects
• Lead communication with cross-functional teams to ensure engagement at the appropriate points of solutioning and delivery
• Act as a digital product Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Maintain alignment with internal product & technology teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of key projects
• Leverage data and analytics to strategically inform discussions
• Proactively identify potential areas with highly complex or critical interdependencies and ensure the right system is in place to solve

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, product management and/or marketing in a digital environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities as an independent, highly organized self-starter with excellent time management
• Persistent despite obstacles; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements
• 7+ years of experience with MS Office Suite Programs
• 7+ years of experience facilitating discussions with and presenting key ideas to Senior Leaders
• Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources and provide cohesive direction
• Comfortable understanding and applying data to define solutions
