About the position

As a Senior Manager of Digital Products at KinderCare Education, you will lead a team responsible for enhancing the digital platform that supports center directors, staff, and families. This role involves defining product strategy, guiding product delivery, and ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for the Digital Channels team.
• Ensure Product Owners align their work with the overall product strategy and business goals.
• Help the team define and measure their product performance metrics.
• Collaborate across the Product Team to prioritize feature development and make data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate effective communication between Product Owners, Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting the successful delivery of product commitments.

Requirements

• A degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• 4+ years in Product Management, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience with customer and/or employee facing business systems.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, including executives and technical teams.
• Skilled in customer research and market analysis using various research methods.
• Strong understanding of the product development process and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of digital platform development processes, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to lead and engage diverse and equitable teams.
