About the position

As a Logistics Digital Transformation Manager at KLA, you will play a pivotal role in leading the digitalization of our logistics operations. This position is crucial for developing and implementing strategies that leverage technology, data analytics, and automation to optimize logistics processes and deliver value to both our internal and external customers. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for logistics operations, identifying key areas for improvement and innovation through technology adoption, and analyzing current logistics workflows to find opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. In this role, you will lead process re-engineering initiatives aimed at streamlining transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes. You will evaluate, select, and implement logistics technology solutions such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize operations. Additionally, you will oversee the integration of digital tools that enhance transparency, track shipments, and improve real-time decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include applying data analytics to operationalize business functions, establishing performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the impact of digital initiatives on logistics efficiency and cost savings, and driving organizational change by promoting a culture of innovation and digital readiness within the logistics team. You will provide training and support to logistics staff on new technologies and processes to ensure successful adoption. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and procurement to align digital initiatives with business objectives. Building positive relationships with external partners such as carriers, vendors, and technology providers will also be essential to improve logistics capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and complete a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for logistics operations.
  • Identify key areas for improvement and innovation in logistics processes through technology adoption (ERP, BI, Analytics).
  • Analyze current logistics workflows and find opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Lead process re-engineering initiatives to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement logistics technology solutions (e.g., TMS, WMS) to optimize operations.
  • Oversee the integration of digital tools to enhance transparency, track shipments, and improve real-time decision-making.
  • Apply data analytics to operationalize our business functions, including freight, service logistics, and manufacturing logistics.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to supervise the impact of digital initiatives on logistics efficiency and cost savings.
  • Drive organizational change by promoting a culture of innovation and digital readiness within the logistics team.
  • Provide training and support to logistics staff on new technologies and processes to ensure successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, procurement) to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Confirmed experience in logistics operations management or digital transformation roles.
  • Five years of experience in digital solutions and 3 years' of management experience.
  • Understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; Experienced with BI tools and ERP systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead sophisticated digital transformation projects from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal (IT) and external partners.
  • Strategic problem solver with a results-driven attitude and a passion for motivating change through technology.
