About the position

You will be responsible for driving the NPI process for both hardware and software products, ensuring that we optimize our Product Development Review (PDR) cycle time through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. Your role will involve implementing model-based systems engineering and simulation techniques to streamline our design processes. You will also be tasked with the implementation of AI tools to support market research and optimize pricing strategies, ensuring that we remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market. As a change agent, you will lead efforts to enhance our global labs and manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle, creating a digital thread that connects every stage from idea to retirement of our products. In this position, you will advise the leadership team on the value of data and analytics, driving insights that inform decision-making and strategy. Your ability to influence and align various departments will be crucial as you work to reimagine processes and drive efficiencies across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Transform the way Lam uses connected digital tools and systems to empower employees with better tools and data for maximum efficiency.
  • Lead the NPI process for hardware and software products, optimizing the PDR cycle time through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Drive change to implement optimized global labs and manage requirements across the development lifecycle.
  • Implement model-based requirements tracking and management, creating a digital thread from idea to retire.
  • Utilize AI tools to support market research analysis and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Drive business transformation and change management through enhanced connected processes and systems.
  • Act as a cultural change agent to drive transformation and continuous improvement within the company.
  • Develop digital tools to enable streamlined processes and connectivity, increasing customer value through better outcomes.
  • Increase data accuracy through governance and accountability, partnering with the data team to drive business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field; MBA or master's preferred.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in operations consulting and strong knowledge of operational processes and systems implementation.
  • Deep experience in digital design tools including CAD, PLM, PMI, and MBSE.
  • Experience in upstream market analytics for new tools and process improvements in complex, high-growth companies.
  • Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and product development life cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across organizations.
