About the position

Lexar Enterprise is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for their memory and storage solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the storage industry, a proven track record in product marketing and management, and strong bilingual capabilities in Mandarin and English. The position involves collaboration across various teams to ensure successful product development and market launch, while also managing the product lifecycle and optimizing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with Lexar Enterprise's overall business objectives.
• Create detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer segments, and unmet needs.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, defining product requirements and managing development timelines.
• Develop and execute effective go-to-market plans, including pricing, packaging, promotion, and channel strategy.
• Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and implement data-driven initiatives to optimize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and ecosystem enablers, gathering customer feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of semiconductor related experience
• 5+ years in storage/memory industry
• Proven track record of successful product marketing or product management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• MBA a plus
