About the position

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is seeking an experienced Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce Senior Manager to oversee the management of complex DTC websites for multiple brands. This role is pivotal in driving the eCommerce strategy and execution for TWE Americas, ensuring that all DTC websites are optimized for performance and aligned with the company's revenue targets. The Senior Manager will lead a team of four, providing guidance and support in the development and execution of eCommerce campaigns, merchandising strategies, and promotional activities across various digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on budgeted eCommerce conversion metrics and revenue targets. You will develop a product promotional mix tailored to meet the revenue expectations for assigned brands, ensuring that all campaigns are effectively targeting both consumer and B2B channels. Your responsibilities will also include managing the implementation of webstore merchandising, overseeing campaigns and promotions for TWE DTC websites, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels in collaboration with the Operations team. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating landing pages and personalized activations for B2B and D2C customer initiatives, managing content across digital platforms, and producing digital promotional materials to support customer acquisition efforts. You will measure the results of campaigns, report on their effectiveness, and leverage insights to refine future strategies. This role requires a strong sense of brand aesthetics to ensure that all digital content is consistent and accurately reflects the brand's identity. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Digital technology, IT, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of eCommerce experience, preferably in DTC or Consumer Packaged Goods. A strong background in platform integrations, customer segmentation, and digital content creation is essential. You should be highly creative, organized, and capable of managing projects from conception to delivery while working effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of budgeted eCommerce conversion metrics and revenue targets.
  • Develop product promotional mix to meet revenue expectations for assigned brands.
  • Develop and manage eCommerce campaigns targeting all consumer and B2B channels for assigned brands.
  • Support implementation, webstore merchandising and manage campaigns/promotions for TWE DTC websites.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory at Wineshipping in alignment with Operations team for assigned brands.
  • Develop landing pages and other personalized activations for B2B and D2C customer initiatives.
  • Content Management including authoring and publishing to sites.
  • Produce digital promotional material to support customer acquisition efforts for D2Collector and B2B.
  • Plan and execute ecommerce and brand-oriented ecommerce campaigns.
  • Deliver compelling digital content for DTC Digital Marketing campaigns.
  • Measure results of campaigns and report on effectiveness and learnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital technology, IT or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of eCommerce experience, preferably in DTC or Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Minimum of 5 years of platform integrations experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Proficient in creating varied forms of digital content across platforms in both static and video formats.
  • Working knowledge of key email data metrics and Google Analytics.
  • Highly creative and imaginative in solutioning.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and respond to ambitious KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate creative content with sound editorial judgement.
  • Working knowledge of various digital publishing platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
  • Organized with the ability to oversee projects from conception to delivery.
  • Passion for all things digital and ability to translate that passion into day-to-day projects.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to short deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge in design programs such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solver willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Collaboration spirit and skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
