About the position

As a Senior Manager, Ecosystem Marketing at Infineon, you will be responsible for aligning the company's Memory solutions with Chipset Manufacturers. This role involves developing strategies for key partners, ensuring successful qualification of Infineon memory products, and maintaining communication with the sales team regarding design wins and ongoing activities. You will also gather technical requirements and trends from partners to inform product planning and execute joint marketing plans to promote reference designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy for key partners and an engagement plan to drive successful qualification of Infineon memory products.
• Design-in Infineon Memory products into chipset partner and IDH Reference Designs.
• Gather and document technical requirements, trends, and roadmaps from chipset partners for product planning.
• Develop and execute a joint outbound and demand creation plan with key partners.

Requirements

• BSEE degree in electronic engineering, semiconductor design, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a customer-oriented or technical position in a semiconductor company.
• Clear understanding of Memory products including NOR Flash, HYPERRAM, FRAM, and nvSRAM.
• Knowledge of market segments, applications, and trends, particularly in Automotive and Industrial sectors.
• Experience in collaborating with Ecosystem managers for global support and strategy.

Nice-to-haves

• System level knowledge in design, development, or testing of boards with chipsets and memories.
• Experience in Go-To-Market activities and developing marketing collaterals.
