As the Senior Manager of Digital Services Software Data Insights & Product Management at HP, you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategy and roadmap for creating impactful digital services that enhance customer engagement throughout the entire lifecycle of their product experience. This position is integral to HP's transformation into a Digital Services company, focusing on delivering connected and differentiated customer experiences that are essential for success in Hybrid Work environments. You will lead a team of high-performing Software Product Managers and Data Scientists, collaborating with various business units to translate deep customer insights into innovative, multi-year roadmaps and implementation plans for our digital services portfolio. In this role, you will oversee the entire Product Management lifecycle, from ideation and concept planning to execution and management. You will be responsible for defining the necessary tools, processes, and KPI requirements that will facilitate business transformation and ensure sustained success. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a scalable platform that allows customers to manage their HP ecosystem products effectively, from deployment through to end-of-life transition management. You will also work closely with engineering and design teams to prototype and pilot new product experiences, ensuring that the solutions narrative and value propositions are clearly articulated for downstream teams. Your responsibilities will include establishing common product management processes to enhance agility and speed of execution, managing the implementation and ongoing success of software products, and monitoring the competitive landscape to identify client needs for product improvements. You will strategically partner with senior stakeholders to align on needs and priorities, and provide mentorship and guidance to other product managers involved in applications and solutions development. This role requires a deep understanding of services business models and the ability to influence and persuade across organizational boundaries, making it essential for driving the progress of the product management function at HP.
