About the position

Johnson and Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Data & Analytics Technical Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of a multi-year strategy and roadmap for the new ERM Data and Analytics Products. This role is pivotal in establishing an enterprise reporting and analytics solution that aligns with the company's vision of health innovation. The successful candidate will champion product-centric methodologies, collaborating closely with the Business Product Owner to define the product vision, strategy, objectives, and key results. This position requires a strong focus on user-centric design and rapid prototyping to deliver business and customer value efficiently. The leader will ensure that all technology platforms and tools comply with company standards for Good Practice (GxP), security, compliance, and data privacy. As part of the Technical Operations & Risk Technology (TO&RT) organization, the Senior Manager will work in close partnership with the ERM Core Team, Risk Function Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the leadership team to enable processes and technologies that support the ERM vision. Key responsibilities include setting a clear vision for the ERM Analytics platform, steering the squad to deliver impactful products, and driving the selection of solution options while improving user experience. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure clarity on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines, while applying compliance requirements and ensuring that documentation and system configurations are up to date. The Senior Manager will be responsible for operational and analytical reporting, providing transparency on squad performance, and monitoring sprint metrics and user results. This position is critical in driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle and ensuring that the products meet the evolving needs of the business and its customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a multi-year strategy and roadmap for ERM Data and Analytics Products.
  • Champion product-centric methodologies to set strategic direction for ERM solutions and products.
  • Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to define product vision, strategy, objectives, and key results.
  • Implement user-centric design and rapid prototyping to deliver business and customer value.
  • Ensure technology platforms and tools meet GxP, security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
  • Set a clear vision for the ERM Analytics platform and shape the squad vision/roadmap.
  • Steer the squad to deliver impactful product features oriented around business impact.
  • Interact with other squads to implement cross-squad tasks during synchronization ceremonies.
  • Drive selection of solution options and improve user experience from a functional standpoint.
  • Increase product usage across segments through new deployments and feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business product owner and vendor to influence product roadmaps.
  • Shape and prioritize backlog, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
  • Support planning and execution of Technical Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Apply compliance requirements and ensure SDLC documentation is up to date.
  • Drive operational and analytical reporting to monitor squad performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in technology or engineering discipline.
  • 7+ years' experience in delivering and contributing towards D&A digital products across all product life cycles.
  • Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Track record in applying data for decision-making and delivering process improvement plans.
  • Strong business analysis experience with capability to apply technology solutions to complex business issues.
  • Practical knowledge of business analysis techniques to define and capture business value, user stories, workflows, and requirements.
  • Knowledge of current technologies (Azure Data Factory, Databricks) and BI/Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in project management and managing technical personnel in a complex project environment.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship development attributes.
