About the position

The Senior Manager, Executive & Corporate Talent Acquisition at Under Armour is responsible for leading the global recruitment efforts for executive and corporate roles, including functions such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal. This role involves developing and implementing strategic recruiting plans, managing a team, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for candidates. The position emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment strategies and requires strong collaboration with various stakeholders within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for entry to executive level roles globally.
  • Manage a Recruiter direct report and balance requisition loads while providing coaching and development.
  • Support strategic partnerships with retained and contingent search firms.
  • Execute Diversity, Equity & Inclusion recruitment strategies for assigned business areas.
  • Leverage data and metrics to influence hiring decisions and improve recruiting processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs, Finance partners, and Business leaders.
  • Develop global executive talent communities and maintain relationships with executive leadership teams and external partners.
  • Educate and consult with hiring managers on the hiring process and recruiting strategy.
  • Utilize creative recruitment methods to attract diverse candidates from various sources.
  • Drive a consistent post-interview feedback process and provide timely follow-up to candidates.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition programs to execute broader talent strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or typically 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers and HRBPs.
  • Highly competent with candidate sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and close passive candidates on niche roles.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and assessment tools, with the ability to use data effectively.
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in corporate recruiting, including executive roles.
  • 1 - 3 years of management experience or equivalent expertise.
