About the position

Babylist is hiring a Senior Experiential Marketing Manager. This role will support brand experiences both inside Babylist Beverly Hills and outside (think pop-ups, future showroom locations). This person will also work closely with our Partnerships team to ensure our Brand Partners show up in an elevated way that aligns with the Babylist brand and meets their strategic goals. This role reports to the Director of PR and Social.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute key IRL brand moments both inside and outside of Babylist Beverly Hills, including but not limited to: Registry Weekends, Influencer events, future showroom locations and partner activations
• Develop and manage complex budgets
• Oversee production and hiring contractor support as needed
• Measure the impact of brand events, recapping and sharing learnings with executive leadership

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in experiential marketing for consumer brands
• Deep understanding of the Babylist brand and how we can elevate and evolve our IRL expression
• Experience working across a variety of budgets and scale (both intimate experiences with 10-15 influencers and much larger brand activations with 250+ guests)
• Passionate about measuring the impact of brand experiences and how they contribute to a brand's overall goals
• Experience collaborating with sales team or partnerships teams that have revenue-generating goals
