About the position

The Senior Facilities Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals is responsible for overseeing the Facilities Management program at the North America Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. This role involves managing both Teva employees and third-party suppliers to ensure that facilities and security needs align with organizational goals. The incumbent will engage regularly with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Facilities Management program by supervising personnel and processes.
  • Lead and develop subordinates and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of initiatives.
  • Prepare reports for management and respond to inquiries regarding performance.
  • Act as a problem solver for site-related activities.
  • Manage assigned cost center budgets and monitor expenses to prevent overruns.
  • Assist in developing and implementing facilities and security procedures.
  • Act as a liaison with government entities for facilities and security responsibilities.
  • Develop requirements for facilities and security projects and ensure their implementation.
  • Create programs to educate employees on facilities and security awareness.
  • Conduct investigations and communicate results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience, with at least 5 years in management.
  • Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
  • Proficient in using computers for data entry and report creation.
  • Knowledge of company procedures related to facilities, security, and business operations.
